comfortable bed complimentary shampoo helpful staff free water
The beds are VERY comfortable and I appreciated the complimentary shampoo and body wash. Work stations and a soundproof room provided good options for calls. The staff was super nice. Jason gave helpful recommendations and went the extra mile. I found free tap water and hot water available. There were also food and drinks for purchase.

The hotel offered a snack bar where I could buy sandwiches and coffee. Free tea and coffee were available in the lobby area ALL day. The bar offered a variety of drinks and snacks.

I found a free washer and dryer for guest laundry. There was a lounge area offering a place to work if needed. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was available. I found this very convenient.

The metro station is close by, markets also are nearby. Many restaurants and shops are in the immediate area. The hotel is close to public transportation, this allowed easy access to the city center.

Great Stay Near the Metro
friendly staff nice atmosphere efficient checkin free lockers
The staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby had a nice atmosphere. good coffee was always available. The digital check-in and check-out worked well and was very efficient. Lockers are available at no charge if you need to store bags.
My room was a bit smaller than expected, and maneuvering around luggage was a bit tricky, though manageable.

The lobby includes table football, which kids will certainly enjoy. Complimentary lockers are available who need to store luggage before check-in or after check-out (a very welcome service!).

The check-in process was easy (a relief after a long journey).
My room lacked a window and any real ventilation. The room became too warm and uncomfortable. I found it hard to sleep well because there was no way to cool down the space.
