The beds are VERY comfortable and I appreciated the complimentary shampoo and body wash. Work stations and a soundproof room provided good options for calls. The staff was super nice. Jason gave helpful recommendations and went the extra mile. I found free tap water and hot water available. There were also food and drinks for purchase.

The metro station is close by, markets also are nearby. Many restaurants and shops are in the immediate area. The hotel is close to public transportation, this allowed easy access to the city center.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The lobby had a nice atmosphere. good coffee was always available. The digital check-in and check-out worked well and was very efficient. Lockers are available at no charge if you need to store bags.
My room was a bit smaller than expected, and maneuvering around luggage was a bit tricky, though manageable.

My room lacked a window and any real ventilation. The room became too warm and uncomfortable. I found it hard to sleep well because there was no way to cool down the space.
